On March 16, 2025, the 9th Walk for Rare Diseases, organized by ARAR - Aliança Rara do Rio de Janeiro, was held at Aterro do Flamengo (Rio de Janeiro). The purpose of the Rare Walks is to raise awareness of rare diseases and reinforce the importance of diagnosis, treatment, and inclusion.
The event was attended by participants from various associations of rare disease patients, their families and friends, after all... we are all rare.
