Institution: Multidisciplinary Reference Center for Rare Diseases

Instructions: This service will serve all patients with rare diseases and/or those still in the process of finalizing their diagnosis. As a referral service and one of the few in the country, it will serve patients residing in João Pessoa, as well as regulated patients from throughout the state , as well as from other locations. To receive care, patients must be referred, via regulatory procedures, by Family Health Units (USF), Emergency Care Units (UPA), Lauro Wanderley University Hospital, or other hospitals.
